Why Are There Sexual Images In Temples?

Friday, September 8th, 2017

Perhaps the one religion that stands out for its sexual implication is Hindi. One can’t imagine what sex has to do with worship of gods unless you know the origins of it. That’s what my research explored when looking back into the temples of Nineveh, Babylon, and other ancient cities in the Assyrian world of the Amorites. Tracing religious roots back to this culture was easy as so much remains of it in modern beliefs.

Sex expressed in stone might not stimulate or excite too many unless they are perverted or have other strange reactions. But in the ancient world they were used to stimulate the god, the Mother God that is. Men thought they could mate with her and increase the fertility of the earth.

These thoughts were expressed in imagery for the purpose of stimulating the god, whose name was Mary (mother’s powerful eye), and the sun. As they could never reach it physically they used images to do it remotely. Men also died on crosses to rise up to touch and fertilise her. It is thought that they used the images for foreplay.

An entire wall in one of the ancient sites comprised images of breasts. This allowed many men access at the same time. Japan’s Jison-In temple is devoted to breasts that come in all shapes and materials. They are made by the public and donated to it. Some believe the breasts relate to birth and women purchase and donate them for safe deliveries.

The Japanese also use the cowrie shell to represent the female genitalia. Men are known to kiss and caress it and to keep it in their clothing drawers. The name ‘cow-r-I’ (cor-powerful eye) is traceable to the ‘Cow God’ of the East and representations of the Mother God. She is depicted as such around the region and the reason why cattle are sacred in India.

But the Hindi sex temples at Khajuharo take the cake for explicit sexual scenes that are obviously designed to show how to obtain more pleasure from sex. Images of such by Jaime Davila are on this site http://breakawaybackpacker.com/2012/04/the-sex-temples-of-khajuharo-in-photos/

My research unearthed some interesting background to all religions and how the Amor of Assyria spread their beliefs as they built empires and forced people to worship their gods. They built Roma (reverse Amor) and became the Romans. Although their earlier history has been hidden and the roots of the Catholic Church buried behind a wall of deceit and mystery what was uncovered is that it is recycled Islam from Babylon.

With memory of reincarnation and a link to the Spirit of the Universe it led me to discover these things and to blow the whistle on how and why modern religions came about. There is no heaven or hell and yet the primary goal of the institutions behind the scenes is to bluff people into believing in these myths. Sex is used by all of them as a weapon to ensure the audience is dragged in and stays.

The Many Advantages of Breastfeeding

Friday, September 8th, 2017

Having successfully reared three healthy children who have now presented me with six healthy grand-children my experience with breastfeeding is worthwhile to note. The many advantages it offers are even more than noted here but the most obvious ones are still the most important. In today’s world of instant food mothers are prone to opt for formula and feeding bottles for some strange reason.

Breast milk is free, and that is a great plus, especially in households where money is tight. It is also at the right temperature, which means that there is no need for heating it. Another important factor is that one can access it at anytime and in any place.

While there appears to be a stigma against mothers displaying their breasts in public this is surely over-the-top as a reason not to do it. Obsession with breasts and their ability to stimulate men into sexual desire is probably at the heart of it. In ancient temples and in some modern ones, as in Japan, breasts are celebrated.

The carved images in places like Nineveh, where marriage to the Mother God, Mary, was a reason for crucifixion (as noted in many of my articles) they possibly pertained to foreplay. As the volunteers who were then sacrificed intended to become her mate this would have been the most likely purpose for them.

In his diary Jerome, the doctor of the Catholic Church, notes how a group of men hacked off the breasts of a woman in Bethlehem because she led them astray. She was locked in stocks in the main square. He thought the punishment just and as he was the one who formulated the religion based on Islamic principles it is possibly the reason why the stigma remains.

The greatest thing about breast milk is that is highly nutritious and contains all that a young baby needs to thrive. The vitamins, minerals, and enzymes it carries from the mother to the child is nature’s way of providing the perfect food. Why, then, should anyone bar mothers from breastfeeding in public? After all most of us were reared on the substance produced.
